I have used Jaiko for area carpet and broadloom shampooing for years. They are my “go to”.

I have pets and there can be accidents.

Shelley the office manager/dispatcher is a dream to work with. I have never spoken to the owner.

They pick up area rugs and return them beautifully cleaned. Then lay them back down for me.

They apply a spot cleaning spray prior to doing the stairs and upstairs broadloom. They will return, no problem, if any reappear after drying.
